At Iron Griz: American Bistro, we offer a unique dining experience that evolves with the seasons. Enjoy the lush views of golfers teeing off in the summer from our patio or cozy up next to our fireplace as the landscape transforms into a snowy wonderland. In the winter months, guests can also enjoy the
3-mile groomed cross-country ski course just steps from the restaurant.

Her dedication to local sourcing, utilizing produce from the Iron Griz garden, enriches the menu. Recently awarded a silver medal by the American Culinary Federation, Hailey sets a high standard for culinary excellence, showcasing her commitment to innovative and sustainable cooking.

Our Saturday Brunch menu features standout dishes like the hearty Rancher's Breakfast, the flavorful Sentinel Burrito, and our popular Chicken and Waffles, all crafted with the freshest local ingredients. Complement your meal with our signature drinks, including the refreshing Mimosa, innovative Frosés garnished with melon and mint,or the Brass Grizzly, which combines KettleHouse Shady IPA with orange juice.
